Ambassador Development Program
Paraform is an ever-changing platform with a lot of different changes to the recruitment process. As we have grown with them, we have helped find the bugs and developed systems that have allowed us to become a Founding Ambassador. We are here to help every step of the way and are always a phone call away, we are available for 1:1s after initial training.
Growth & Leadership Opportunities
As our Ambassador Club continues to grow and we add more members, we will be looking to incentivize members of the club who want to take on more. We will develop target goals together to hit your income goals but we already have different leadership growth opportunities in mind with what we see in the next 6-12 months for our team.
14% - 25% Fees
The standard on the platform is 14% with some roles moving into 25% fees. Most roles on the platform have a minimum base salary of $100k. The opportunities are endless as you will have immediate access to whatever bandwidth you can handle.
Role Flexibility
Some people prefer to specialize but, if you like to change up your day-to-day, Paraform is adding new industry verticals. They include Software Engineers, Mechanical Engineers, Design, Product, Sales, Marketing, Operations, Customer Success, Data Engineers & Data Scientists.
